Procedural Safeguards

At each IEP meeting, the school is required to provide you with the procedural safeguards. This is a packet of pages that most people, including myself, before I knew better, didn’t read. Knowing what you can do or demand to be done is huge. My personal favorite is the 10-day letter. Can you figure out why?
